Ownership and contact

LEVART STONES is currently an independent project. At this stage it is not a commercial company and its main activity is not selling products.

The contact channel for any matter concerning the project, including legal and data protection issues, is travel@levartstones.com.

The full identifying details of the owner will be added to this notice as soon as the project adopts a definitive legal form.

Purpose of the platform

LEVART STONES lets you create travelling stones, activate them with a QR code, log the stages of their route and follow their journey publicly.

General use of the site is free. The only paid feature is activating a stone, which is governed by the Terms of use.

Intellectual property

The design, visual identity, texts and original content of LEVART STONES are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users keep the rights they hold over the photographs and content they contribute, and authorise LEVART STONES to display and use them within the context of the project in line with the Terms of use.

Liability

LEVART STONES cannot guarantee the route, preservation, location or recovery of registered stones: they are physical objects circulating voluntarily between people, outside the platform's control.

The content published in stages (photos, names, messages and locations) is contributed by users. LEVART STONES reviews it before publication but cannot guarantee its accuracy.

LEVART STONES may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for technical, legal, security or service-evolution reasons.

Third-party services and links

The platform relies on external providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, mapping, analytics and machine translation. They are listed in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, social networks). LEVART STONES does not control them and is not responsible for their content or policies.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law and by the applicable European Union regulations.
