The idea was born from Nahuel and Alma Mía, ages 8 and 6, who live in Valencia, Spain.
As little artists, they started collecting stones and bringing them home to paint them with their own colors and styles.
They wanted to give some of their stones to their grandparents, who live in Italy; their uncle, who lives in London; their aunt and cousin, who live in Argentina; and their friends in Peru, where they were both born, and in Barcelona, where they lived for two years.
"Let's send them the stones!" Nahuel and Alma Mía said to their father Fabio, Italian, and their mother Milena, Argentine.
"It would be lovely if the stones could travel on their own."
Nahuel and Alma Mía replied: "Let's get other people to help us!"
And so LEVART was born.
LEVART is TRAVEL spelled backwards. Because here, we don't travel. The stones do.
